Shipping method
Our pieces are all unique so they need handling with care. That's why all parcels are sent via special delivery.

How long before I receive my goods?
Unless stated otherwise most orders (UK) are shipped 2-3 business days after they’re received. Personally sourced pieces will take longer. 

Do you ship internationally?
We're currently shipping to United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands and Portugal. If you live outside one of these countries and wish to make a purchase, please contact us. For all international carriage we use UK Royal Mail – rates vary by distance and weight. Delivery times obviously vary depending on location or time of year. To be on the safe side, it’s probably best to allow for 7-14 days for overseas deliveries. Please note that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must also be borne by the recipient. Blank White Space has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be and is not responsible for any additional fees incurred. 

Do you charge VAT?

Is my transaction secure?
All our transcations are handled through Stripe or Paypal. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Blank White Space will never share or sell your details to a third party. 

What’s the return and refund policy?
For a full refund, orders must be returned (unused) within 7 days of receipt - at the recipient’s expense. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you. However, any original shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or sale items cannot be returned. 

My order has arrived damaged, now what?
In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged please email within 5 days of receipt and we’ll take care of it pronto.
